Date and Venue:
The conference takes place in Granada, Spain on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th February 2020. The venue for papers and poster sessions will be either University of Granada’s guest residence Carmen de la Victoria or rooms at the University of Granada, we will confirm nearer the time.
The provisional schedule for the conference is as follows:
Day 1 arriving 9-9.30, finishing by 6.30pm, followed by conference dinner in the evening.
Day 2 starting 9.30 and finishing by 2pm, followed by lunch and Alhambra visit.
We are organising an optional (self-funded) guided tour to the Alhambra (in Granada) in the afternoon of the Tuesday (probably around 3pm).
The local tour guide will also be able to purchase entry tickets directly for us. The cost including entry should be c. 20-35 euros depending on the size of the group. The Alhambra closes at 6pm.
We should have been in touch with delegates about booking university accommodation for the conference. We will be in touch to organise any payments required. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Travel: To confirm everyone attending the conference needs to cover their own travel, unless you are receiving a conference bursary.
For many locations it is easier to fly to Malaga. There are direct buses from Malaga Airport to Granada and return several times a day and the cost is very reasonable. We recommend booking these tickets early because it is a busy route.

Speakers are not charged a fee. If you are paying a conference fee (c. 50 euro) we will be in touch to organise payment.
